A technology pioneer and serial entrepreneur, Martin’s has built three successful businesses during his career. In 2002 Martin launched Masternaut, a telematics provider and one of the UK’s first SaaS companies. He sold the company a decade later to one of France’s biggest airport operators. He founded BigChange in 2013, served as CEO prior to Great Hill’s investment and now holds a strategic advisory role as Chairman

Richard is passionate about BigChange and has an extraordinary depth of experience running billion-pound companies. With vast knowledge of growing businesses, Richard is leading our strategy to take BigChange from start-up to scale-up. Richard brings almost 30 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and operational leadership roles at leading technology companies across Europe, Japan and North America to BigChange.

Claudia has worked at some of the world’s most successful companies, from Johnson & Johnson to Tesla and Volvo. She is responsible for the company’s global financial strategy and execution. Claudia has experience working in private equity backed scale-up businesses and large corporations.

Andy has 30 years’ experience building technical projects and growing hi-tech businesses. In his last business, he led a team of 120 people, based across the UK and Poland. He understands how to engage and motivate technical teams across the world, and how to put the customers’ needs first in a technology platform.

Paul is responsible for global sales strategy and delivery. Leading growth through increasing effectiveness of sales activities/processes and increasing conversions. Paul is adept at turning opportunities into great things. He spent 12 years at West Unified Communications, rising through the ranks to become Vice President of Sales EMEA, before joining Lead Forensics as Global Sales Director.

Nick is leading BigChange’s marketing team, building our digital marketing capability and accelerating revenue growth and customer satisfaction. A seasoned marketer with a 30 year track record at leading software providers, including IRIS and Oracle. His understanding of business/finance software is unrivalled, helping us clearly communicate the benefits of BigChange to our customers and the broader business community.

Jo is responsible for leading its business transformation, compliance and HR activities. Jo also oversees BigChange France. An engineer with 30 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain, means Jo gets our marketplace better than anyone. She is also Chair of Transaid, the transport charity we have supported for many years.

Previously working at Lumen Technologies, Ian joined BigChange as our first Chief Customer Officer. Ian’s approach to customer excellence is much like BigChange Founder Martin Port’s: he’s not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to our customers about what they need. He brings 20 years of experience in customer facing roles for global technology companies.

Paul started at BigChange in Network before joining the finance team in an interim CFO role, so has a wealth of experience from across the company – which is essential in his partnerships role. Before joining BigChange, he was a customer, so he understands the needs and pressures that our customers face each day. His background in facilities management has been invaluable to the company.

Charlie heads up BigChange’s sales activities in the UK. He leads a team of sales specialists driving adoption of BigChange’s software in the building maintenance, construction, environmental and other field service sectors. Charlie joined BigChange in December 2015. He was previously Director of Municipal Sales at Straight PLC, a manufacturer and distributor of waste and recycling solutions.
